    I remember watching the original 1965 movie Flight of the Phoenix where the Jimmy Stewart is dismayed that the guy he entrusted to rebuild the damaged aircraft is a MODEL AIRCRAFT builder. The builder retorts that in model building the tolerances are so much smaller and, therefore, more critical. I've built an outhouse using a carpenter rule, scribe and hand saw - I wish I had our KZread host with me at that time it would have worked out so much better.

    Great video. I think your method sticking/spiking your buildings into the ground is superb. I’ll use that method for surface structures from now on. May I suggest that you use an old credit card/electronic hotel key card as a glue spreader? File small notches in one edge.

    Growing up in SW Virginia in the 70’s and 80’s ☺️ this brings back memories and fears 🫣 splinter always 😣 and spiders and black snakes 😫 in the spring and summer. 🫢 good times 😒 not really 😂

    Thank you. I use a fast setting super glue to glue the wood pieces together.

    It’s just super glue. Super glue works best for me so I can mix my paints with water without it dissolving the glue

    I use balsa wood and it can be found at most craft stores.
