This was based on a recommendation I found online, we modified it just a bit. It is holding up well. The reason you grid the foam, rather than the whole floor is that it gives it a sprung load feel and is much easier on your body when taking big throws.

may i have the specification of the white colour foam? there are many typf of foam in the town. but i worry to buy the wrong foam

was this the manufactures recommendation for installation for warranty , or did you engineer it on your own . How is it holding up against the wear and tear wise

@c032970 Muay Thai, Boxing, taekwondo. but if your serious about MMA do some kind of groundwork. BJJ or Judo or even Wrestling. size can be a big advantage with your ground game

Hey, i do lots of MMA but i hate ground work im just too big for ground work what kind of martial arts can i do that doesnt consist of alot of ground work
