Great idea but the Universities we have in game are heavily based on American ones, could possibly pass off as British but definitely not Asian.

A lovely idea and design. Plop the Growables does make this job easier, but at that point you might as well use parking lot roads too I guess. The benefit for using the edison hiper charger though is that it makes the area more lively by using high density commercial.

I agree with Nathan I love love to see a very fancy IT park with all transport hitting it and a very nice skyline

I’m a huge fan of city skylines but I often find it hard to watch city builds but the way you do things and the format of your videos make it so damn easy to sit and watch....keep up the great work!!!

Take inspiration, and then build what you want to build, whitout thinking you're going to do an ungly thing ;)

I love to go for big. Make a big trolly station in the next vid. Or a big prison island. Or another big airport. Or a military base.

I've always been unsure how to have interesting commercial areas both in the suburbs and downtown so creative suggestions for incorporating those areas would be incredibly helpful.

You should do vanilla of either a riverwalk district (San Antonio) or beach front (could be Florida-style like Destin or resort-style like St. John's).

Hi, do Cims use these parking lots as parking lots when they commute to their work in offices or it's just for visual effect and cars in these parking lots are just using them to recharge their car batteries?

It looks really nice, but the problem with offices is that they aren't really used. The almost do not create any pedestrian or vehicle traffic, which make large office areas like thise seem abandonned

Make a big industrial city in the next vid.

Build a very big transport hub with all of transport types. Use transport hubs from DLC's (big train station, monorail+trains, and sunset harbor hubs) and Basic game version (bus hub, airport)

If you've got Green cities DLC, you can put some of IT-cluster offices in there, it'll look more beautiful!

Can you make an Avenue on a coast with trams and parks (for example the city Izmir has a good example)

I think there is too much parking for the park and a parking building would be suitable for this build. Too bad there are no parking assets in the vanilla game. The build is nice as always.

When you click on the building der is a little button where you can make the building historical, this means that it will stay like that visually but can still level up:)

Next has to be a traffic free general industrial area.. most of us struggle a lot!

What about a small-ish regional airport? Everyone loves big international airports, but I can't remember seeing one that's nestled between a coastline and an industrial area, or something like that

its a really good looking build but I cant help to notice all parking slots for electric cars are empty, does that mean that there were not any electric cars in your map or that normal cars are forbidden to park there? because in very busy areas, having only 4 slots available per edison building is a bummer
