    I like the bike but you should put the fork tube protectors back on they protect the tubes from rocks damage also bugs will stick to your forks and when the fork slides up and down over the bugs it will cause your seals to leak and they don’t look to bad

  • @ChaosCarClub

    @ChaosCarClub

    Ulises Lopez yeah highly recommend getting it tuned. We sent the ECU off to Rexxer Tuning as apparently the bike runs way too lean after putting any type of exhaust on. That should definitely fix your issue. Helps with the jerky throttle too.

    Hey what was the rubber you installed 9 min into the vid. I would like to do the same one mine. I also did most of what you guys did to my 2016 scrambler. Heated grips and a windscreen were the best bang for my buck making the bike a little more suited for longer rides.

  • @ChaosCarClub

    @ChaosCarClub

    4 ай бұрын

    Thanks for checking out the video! Heated grips is a great idea! That’s the worst part about riding in the winter. Even with insulated gloves it doesn’t take long to start losing feeling in your hands. We actually used a rubber U channel automotive trim around the tank edge to fill that gap. Picked it up at the local auto parts store.

    Thanks!! Good choice. The scrambler is so much fun! Look into New Rage Cycles. They sell the light kit for both front and rear as well as make a nice fender eliminator kit which exposes the rear tire and relocates your license plate. If you end up putting exhaust on the bike I recommend Rexxer Tuning for the ECU reflash. Will help the bike run better after a more free flowing exhaust is added.
