use a capacitor 1 mFD to get rid of that noise but it will drop the current .........its very common technique in india

Does one cable come out of the inverter to the fan? Please show a close-up photo in the post.

it's two wires actually. One pin of the power plug I held directly to the transformer, the other I attached through the blue wire.
