This build is between a 6500xt build and an rx 6600 build performance-wise. Price-wise you're looking at $600 at best, most likely. An RX 6600 new build can go for as low as $700. You're not getting $700 out of this build unless the person doesn't know what they're buying.

the 6500XT 64 bit memory bus is pretty nasty and while having only 4gb model option doesn't have much potential in the coming future forward which that card is bound to be upgraded sooner than usual as i feel the next AMD RX 7000 series will fix their mistakes on that end of the line of cards.

You can easily play 1440p with most titles on a 1080ti. It is a beast of a card. I was and still thinking about a all new build using a 3060ti or a 6700XT but in all honesty, I can save $200+ going with an olde card and maybe wait for the next gen to drop and stabilize or even till the next gen after the upcoming gen.

i built a similar pc and i feel like the price of all parts was great and that i got really, really lucky. I went through some problems and it wasn't as straight forward like it was for you, i even thought the motherboard was broken... Turns out, gigabyte distinguishes incompatible, old gpus as a cpu error. Tested it with my friend's rx 560, posted straight up. Anyways, here is the list: Gigabyte B560 HD3-63 USD Intel Core I3 10100F - ONLY 45 USD, with warranty, box, everything. 2x8gb 3200mhz ram - 58 USD, this was a carryover from my old pc Sapphire NITRO + RX 480 4gb - 85 USD FSP 500w psu, from my old pc as well - 25 USD MS Iron pc case- 25 USD brand new + one fan + fan splitter Biostar S100 256gb ssd + 500gb hdd from the old pc as well - 45 USD Grand total is about $346. Let's round it to about 350. Next thing on the list is probably the gpu. Gonna aim for something like a 1660.

A price bump for sure but try and get 12th gen i3 it will make a world's worth of difference and future proof you by laarge the 10th gen systems are already in need of upgrades. It's way too little cores for today's workloads.

Facebook market place is amazing! I have been looking all morning because I am torn between dropping some real coin for a new build or doing a budget build with a used 1080ti. There are 1080ti in the area for $180-220 on average. Of course, there are a few people asking far too much.

I would just get a 6600. It’s 220 and it is very slighly better than the 1080ti.

I was able to build a gtx1080ti build for a total 576 dollars and sold it for 750

Yeah but it might be worth just building a pc outright, better range of graphics cards as you aren’t limited with space of power. Also just by getting a few secondhand deals like cases, cpu/cpu coolers, ram, mobo, etc you can get a better spec pc for the same price as a relatively new optiplex.

Dude imma be real with you, don’t get the 3050. It ain’t bad don’t get me wrong but you’d be better off skimping on some specs and getting a 3060, 6600 XT, even a 20 or 10 series card. I built my pc in the Uk so prices may vary in the US but aside from gpu it cost less than £300 so about $400: Intel i3-10100f which cost £65 H510m-e - £45 in a sale on Amazon 2x8gb ddr4 Corsair vengeance - £70 Msi mag forge 100r £45 Evga 750w psu £50 (defo overkill for an i3 but if with a gpu it gives you a lot of wiggle room and a bit of future proofing. I also picked up a 1060 3gb for around £80 For about £300 $400 you can get a computer with dedicated graphics card that can handle pretty much every new title, at least 10x better than a computer using a cpus graphics in the same price range. Then with the 1060, you can sell it for about the same price as it’s hit about the bottom of its depreciation (unless gpus start flooding the market but even then, the 3gb 1060 won’t be affected much as they aren’t used for mining). You’ll honestly be surprised, it’s a more than capable budget 1080p gaming rig and given your budget i doubt you’ll have a monitor with more than 1080p capability or 75gz refresh rate. Even then this comfortably gets 60fps on most games with high/medium settings and on esports titles I’ll get about 80fps on Warzone, 200+ on fortnite, csgo is super easy to run, like I think it’s in the 2-300 on high settings. Obviously things like fortnite and Warzone have pro settings applied. Also I just checked eBay, the gpu has come down in price, 16gb ddr4 ram is about £40 second hand, mobo and cpu combos are getting pretty good for the i3, etc So to some it up, build a budget rig with dedicated graphics now, upgrade later lol.

AMD 5000G series are the only best options unless you manage to find a old used 3000G series 3100g/3200g/3400g at a reasonable price since Intel graphics is just plain suffering at 30 fps or stuttering or having low settings in high demanding games.

I heard AMD is releasing a 5900x3d chip for AM4.

Is a pc With 1660s 10400f 16gb ram and 500gb ssd good for 560$, used for 3 months, a good deal?

1 - 4 slots 2 -3200mhz+ 3 - 3.5ghz - 4.0ghz 4 - 4 physical cores or 8 5 - 8 - 16 + 6 - 1, dont think you can get 2 7 - 5th gen + 9 - if on a budget, 1080 ti or 1660 ti, you said your not, so i recommend rtx 2060 ti or better 10 - depends on cpu and gpu, I have ryzen 5 5600x and 1070 ti, i use 650w. 11 - fully modular is easiest but more epxensive, i have a semi modular psu 12 - No, you can use normal ssd or hdd. nvme is recommended. your welcome.

but the i3 101055f supports up to 2666mhz ram so a 3200 stick would be pointless

I currently have a 1650ti little asus laptop with 16gbs of ram and it has trouble running right now boot times are crazy can't even boot genshin impact it takes like 5 minutes lol
