As a modern builder I really like this and approve of this house (Edit: 4:04 I also can confirm nobody used the modern counters as much in modern builds so It's fine) (Edit 2: 7:14 Okay maybe I regret saying I approve of it being modern it's the windows in the back for me- but I still like the house)
