This week build a back deck on our Skoolie Tiny Home with an Easy DIY Design! We also got around to building more shelves in the bus, both in our kitchen as well as building out the storage area overhead the dashboard!
We're back from Disney with a vengeance! Every piece of wood we add gets us a little close to where we can live in this thing... our goal for right now is to continue finishing everything we can with wood, fill in all cracks, sand everything like crazy and then seal it all with a durable finish.
From there we'll start adding in our appliances and look to move in as soon as possible :) You never know, we may be coming to your state very soon!

I do love the deck idea on back with hidden little cubby. I think that was an awesome job on front of the bus . I have some ppl (no names)build cubbies in the front that just didn't look good but I wasn't worried about you 2 figuring it out perfect. Stay Safe . See ya next week 😊bye🙋♀️

Tale Of Two Smittys we have one of those tools for measuring curves but it’s too small for these big ones... if it looks good it’s cause we used SO much liquid nails in the gaps😂 thanks guys!!

that back deck is going to look so good and it already looks like it has so much support! love the rain barrel idea and I laughed so hard when Shawn asked "you wouldn't happen to be doing things today, would you?" you guys are killing it and that bulkhead looks da Bomb!! great job guys!

@@ShawnandAsh Lol sorry that was from my personal account I do that all the time. We understand having so much left to do! We tried the template and it worked well for how we did our walls but for such a big section it needed more calculating haha. I laughed when you said "are you telling me or asking me" That was basically the conversation the entire time haha

MEREDITH and PACO hahahah neither of us are math gurus either... ended up pretty messy but we used SO much liquid nails to fill the gap... can’t wait to visit each other’s buses someday to point out all the crazy ways we made it!😅

WOW is all I can say. I stumbled upon your videos and I am mesmerized with how bad everything you two are building is. I mean good for you for trying something you don’t know how to do. But I can tell you if I see that bus anywhere I’m going the opposite direction. I know your fans and you are going to be upset with me but that bus is unsafe. With all the leaks your roof has you are definitely going to wind up with black mold.

So awesome!!!! I’m so glad I fell across your channel today! This is super inspiring bc I’ve only seen older folks doing conversions which is great! But to see more of the younger crowd getting into conversions is amazing. We literally should all be living out of buses and vans! Hope my home comes out half as good 😅
