Roberto Ramos - They are shit, that’s why. Lol. There’s a reason the aftermarket support is a fraction of that of the 2J or LS. RB in stock or mildly tuned form is fine but reliability above 400hp is poor. We want to give away a well rounded car that the new owner can still tweak and play with. The 2JZ lends itself a lot better with that in mind.

yeah go with 2Jz and go with a garret ball bearing turbo for faster spool but this is going to be a wild build loving it already Teej is the man.

You should really look into the Carbon fenders made by Fly1Motorsports, they’re the same width as the stock fenders but are vented and carbon, they’re sick!!

Liberty Walk has a really awesome widebody kit for the 350z with a 370z front end conversion. And the power plant should either be the 2JZ or a RB26

Heinrich6745 I get it if it’s actually getting painted, painting an mr2 is no easy task especially with liability issues of the rear glass but still at least a build plan would be nice.

Do a single turbo nismo vq engine like fresh kicks

Definitely keep it narrow body. Amuse, charge speed, ings, etc. Those three are BEAUTIFUL kits. For really GOOD headlights, get the DEPO 06-08 style headlights. They are oem+ style. 06-08 OEM tail lights look the best imo.

dont swap a 2jz , swap a rb26 sounds better

The manual release for the hatch is located under that rear tower brace. It is a pull cord.

You just earned a sub. 350z is my dream car and i wish i can find a 350z for my first car.

Go for a 1jz, similar but different to TJ and will be a good comparison 🤙🏽

The manual trunk release is a pull cable on the bottom of the rear strut tower brace plastic cover

You guys should check out the fly1motorsports widebody. It’s a kit that not many people run so it would be “different”. They have carbon fiber options and also the honeycomb carbon fiber.

RB26 swap would be awesome

FOR OPENING THE TRUNK There is a little cable hidden under the rear strut brace guys. It has a flat tab on it that you can just pull to manually open the trunk.

Throw in a VHR swap and single turbo that 👌 would be really nice to see something more achievable on the channel. Or even if you did a FBO NA build. There’s not necessarily a “need” for a swap. The vq platform, especially the VHR is a very solid motor with a lot of aftermarket support would would be good sales for the throtl website as well.

Hope you guys are going to do this to the same extent as the 240 cause I'm also starting a z build and this would be awesome inspiration

You can open the trunk using the lever underneath the strut bar at the back.

You guys should make it 4x4 with some mad all terrain tires and a crazy body kit !!
