“The way that we do it may not be the way you do it” Love seeing it done so I can learn more details. Great vid! Need more of these tutorials for “little” aquariums. I usually see DIY for uhhhh “tiny” aquarium build vids.

You guys don't mask off the inner seams for clean silicone?
Out of curiosity, the tabs between will affect the performance of silicone?
by putting the side panels on top of the bottom panel do you think you are putting extra load to the bottom panel?

Yes, we are. And then we'll get rock and 275 gallons of water added to the extra load. So it better holds!
Hi about 49 seconds in video someone use a detector on the glass . what is Low iron glass tin side? . what kind of Detector do i need ? I'm about to order a sheet for my plywood build saltwater

Google tin side and airs side glass. There is a test you can do without a dedicated tester using water droplets. But obviously the tester will be nice to have.
He keeps calling it a “little 275 gallon aquarium” 😂

Haha still a lot of work and experience goes into the building of these aquariums, regardless of size.
