I originally built the villa for 160.000 baht today it would cost 250.000 baht
I have the full plans for the build 500 baht if you would like a PDF of the drawings

@@Charleslaw Very true. I will be building some kind of house, thai style with a bit of comfort later this year. Currently in the process of moving to Thailand with my Belgian/Thai wife. We will be looking to live around Ubon Ratchathani.
