I heard this song on the radio, after my dad died, when I was driving home in his car full of all of his belongings....and I just drove as tears ran down my face knowing....that "THAT THIS IS NOT WHERE WE BELONG".....and it's not my dad's home, but he's home in Heaven, waiting for me to come home too. Thank you so much for writing this song, and for it becoming the anthem of hope in my heart for seeing my dad again, at HOME!

I've been feeling depressed lately and at school I feel like I never fit in.I used to be christian but iv'e distanced my self from God became a Wiccan and started doing drugs. I was typing in 420 in the search bar and it took me to 429 , so I clicked on this video and I just started crying.I don't feel that this is a coincedence , I feel God was trying to say something to me.

Man...that's awesome! God works in mysterious ways and there's no doubt in my mind that He brought you here for a reason. He's calling you back, dont push that away! He wants you back, you are a child of His. I've struggled alot myself with my relationship with God but we all have and we all will. God loves you so much and gave us His son to die on the cross so that we can have communion with Him again. Here and after this life...Good luck to you, you are in my prayers brother!

My dad is dying from ALS, and I spoke what will probably be my last words to him over the phone this evening. He is no longer able to speak, but I truly believe he's singing the chorus to this song in his heart. He wants nothing more than Jesus. Dear Friends and fellow believers. Several years ago, after the sudden death of our 10 year old son, I heard the Lord ask me (when I was caught up in a moment of grief that suddenly hit me)..."Do you really think you will mourn this place, when you are together? Do you really imagine that this short time of separation will matter much to you then?" I had to say "no Lord, it won't" and ever since that time, I comfort myself with the fact that from eternity's standpoint, I have not suffered a great loss that must be experienced for my lifetime. Yes, it hurt, but like Kandee and others commenting below, I will be going home to him, and we will NEVER be separated with sorrow again. May the Prince of peace wrap you in His presence. I relish songs like this!

The first time I heard (or heard of) this song was the first time I went into prison as a volunteer. The praise band was playing and singing it. I saw forty two saved convicts jumping in the air singing along with an exultation that I not only had never witnessed before, but quite literally had never imagined possible. How could these men radiate such joy? They were in prison. I couldn't get my head around it. These guys weren't praising. They weren't worshipping. These men were having rapture practice. God's light shines brightest in the darkest places. That was nine years ago. I now work as a coordinator for a faith and character based program in that prison, and the men there are my brothers. Corrie Ten Boom nailed it: There is no hole so deep that God is not deeper still.

If Jesus had not had his hands on me back in 87 i would not be here today i was in a bad car wreck i was 16 then a drunk driver hit a friends car i was riding in it put me in a coma for a long long time broke my left arm in half gave me a head injury they said i was dead but God up above spared my life cause he has a plain for me

This reminds me of the Christian music I listened to when I was a teenager, and I was in Youth-Group. Sometimes I wish I could go back to that time period because I miss the social experiences I had back then.

My mom passed in 2013. She was in her mid 80's. This is one of the songs that helped me get through that time. She never would have listened to contemporary Christian music. She was old school. But it ministered to me with the song's simple message.

This was my momma's favorite song. She passed away May 2020 from Cancer and Covid 😥 I know she's in heaven with Jesus but I miss her terribly

This isn't where any of us belong... It's just a passage of time until we meet our Father in heaven again and reunite with that never ending love that He bestowed on us...

_😲_ Whaaaaaaat?!!

I’m about to be turning 20 by the next week from now. And which I’m not really to happy about cuz I just feel like life is just only getting worse for me as I’m going everyday. But I still do everything I can in my ability to pray and look to God only and my family that I’m with and that love me. And the sad thing is that I’ve honestly been struggling with loneliness over this past of last year. Since I moved away from where I lived at since I was a little boy. And I was kinda sad about it cuz on how I had so much memories with friends and people from school. And I was just deeply unhappy that I had to go. And I also struggled with a friend doing me wrong in so many ways. And which I might of also had faults myself in between just because how he kept doing me an over an over again. To where I just kept on doing my own personal mind games just to get him back. And which it was never worth it either for me all of those times. But then I eventually got tired out with it. And begged God to just remove that friend in Jesus name he’s forever in your hands. And no longer mind. And it’s already been months I could say since throughout last year. When I allowed God to help me. With all of that drama I went through back then I’ve honestly felt a little better since then and which I still have awful days but I get through it and have faith that everything is going to get better for me and I have dreams that I would honestly want God to bring me and the desires for my future. And I believe that he is going to. As long as I just stick with him at times and not focus on anything else. But only him. And any people that I’ve known in my life who’s ever been and done me wrong i just rebuke them in the mighty name of Jesus they’re all forever in your hands. And I believe that I officially have break free from all of this since then. And let it go and let it stay gone. In Jesus Christ name Amen 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Going to my first “Celebrate Recovery” a little over 10 yrs ago, I turned on KLOVE and this was the first song I heard on the way there. THEN when I left it was first song playing. I was going thru a nasty divorce and had 6 yr old son at the time. No clue where my life was headed. Nearly 2 yrs to the day after that, I married the angel GOD sent my way. Soooooo much more blessed than I deserve. GOD is good and sent me ‘my better YES!’. Prayers to those reading this, know there is something better for you…. His name ………………………… JESUS. ✝️

I saw these guys in concert with my best friend! This concert was the last concert that my best friend was alive! She is in Heaven and she is Home now!!

Pretty much all the world serves up, my response is "Just give me Jesus"

As we see the evil so strong, as we see justice fails, as we see the goodness is hidden, it tells us that there is a place we should lay our heart on and that is that very last day where God makes everything right, and the first day of where he truly reigns the renewed world forever. I went to young christians weekend in branson missouri, and heard this band for the first time, and something just went over me. I knew i wasn't there for the right reasons and after listening to them and seeing all these christians and people so happy and jumping around to praise jesus made me so happy. I've tried so hard to develop a personal relationship with jesus and it never worked but after this and experiencing all of this i'm just wowed. This weird thing happened there, a older guy was dancing and jumping up and down and clapping and rocking out to this music, and i was just sitting there and after watching him and seeing your never to old and i shouldn't be ashamed i stood up and just felt something. While singing this song at work, a customer asked me, what do you mean, where is your home? I was floored by the way the LORD opened the door for me to share my faith through this song. People see, and believe me, they are watching, that I have a light that shines through me which is not of this world. I thank HIM everyday for my salvation through the blood shed by His son Jesus of Nazareth!

My grandma always has the Christian radio station on, even when I drive so this is what I would usually hear. Now that I’m in the military and haven’t seen her for months now I kinda miss hearing this song playing while her and I are joking with each other or talking about our days
