Very much appreciate the video and sharing of your knowledge. I am learning about alternative insulating wall systems. Are the empty bottles there mostly to take up space? I was under the impression that large air voids did not provide great insulation so I would have guessed the straw would have been better throughout. In your other videos I see panels like this being used for fence walls so maybe insulation isn't important for the ultimate use of the panel you are building. Or I'm mistaken about large air voids not being good for insulation. Or maybe they are for holding the straw in place? I will have to seek more information on your system on your websites.

Durawall*, intended for reinforcing concrete block. You can get different widths at any masonry supply.
