Games like that would be pure awesomeness if the route and buildings building are more freestyle, not locked in squares (as free as building routes in cities skyline) This game looks awesome, I'm gonna try it after official launch 🤩

Nice video great presentation. As a Greek the terrain in game looks really familiar. But how the rods look like… disappointing! Thank you though for your nice and helpful info.. Anno 1800 is the last strategy I played with straight lines of roads.

I was apart of the Builders of Egypt play test and it just felt incomplete , this looks very nice...voiceovers are nice , like you said the blending looks very good but in both games no build time or construction time I also would like to see that.

More hyped for a remaster to Zeus Master of Olympus than this

i THought to myself when i 1st saw this !! Noooo not yet another citybuilding game again.... But this isnt just a city builder as far as i understand,It seems to be much more then the usual citybuilder game and that is great and ancient greece games are not many of them sadly.. The last good n fun Greece kind of game i played was of course the Assassins creed´s Odessy that just really made a great open world of greece.. Thanks 4 video

That bull statue was originally a form of execution. The bull was made out of iron, with a lid on the side where they pushed somebody inside the bull and lit a fire underneath. I don't know if it was strictly for execution or torture but staying in there long enough and you'd burn to death of course.

This game does look cool but I wish more city builders were designed with no grids. RL ancient cities weren't built in grids for the most part. they were built to suit the terrain. I wish more devs designed buildings to rotate on 360 and dynamic footpaths and terrain elements. Life is feudal forest village had this sort of style and it was great. villages looked more natural

The immersion is lacking. Literally no one in ancient greece built villages, towns or cities in grids. Why cant these games allow you to draw curved paths?

I bought this from Steam a little over a month ago when the price was reduced (as it's still a work in process.). Well, the game suddenly stopped working. No matter what I did, it would not "boot-up" on my PC. I had 11 hrs. playing time total. I wrote Steam, told them the issue, and requested a refund, if not to my PayPal, then, refund my Steam account so I could use it on something there the next a game caught my eye. I'm pretty sure AI deals with such requests. Within 24 hrs. my request was responded to by the Steam AI saying that their rule is that over so many hours of game time prohibits you from getting a refund (of any kind.) My 11 hrs was apparently over what they allowed. If you played a game a lot (is 11 hrs. a lot?), decided you didn't like it and wanted a refund I can see why Steam has to set limits. However, if the game is not responding (or working correctly in any fashion) a good business practice would, at a minimum, be to say, "Uninstall it and we'll allow you to reinstall and let's see if that resolves your problem." I didn't request a refund because I didn't like the game but because it wasn't working. Within 48 hours I received a (do not reply) email saying I'd played it too many hours. I wrote back saying what I stated above and within 24 hrs. I received another email saying the same thing as the first. I honestly don't think my request was ever viewed by a live, human. I no longer use the Steam service. I think other gamers need to know and proceed at their own risk, and not just in regard to this particular game. Maybe what happened with my game was a "one off" but that should not matter in terms of a "warranty" policy for defective games that crap-out less than a month after its purchase.
