It's great that you are teaching them when they are young this will be something they will not forget. I was taught at age 8 how to uses a tractor and backhoe in are orange groves . I also worked with my dad in plumbing at age 8 . I thank him for teaching me how to work and the values, and ethics . Thanks Dad.

@Tom ... KEEP TEACHINGTHEM YOUNG!!!! I was born and raised in the city, but with a lot of relatives who had farms. As kids we all (3 boys) went "down home" during most of our youth summers to our Grandfathers dairy farm! Great education on work ethics and 'git 'er done' attitudes. For myself, I learned how to drive a team of horses plowing a field, or hauling a hay wagon from field to barn, by the time I was 11! My Dad was a Union Journeyman Carpenter who also took us to work when he could, and taught us the proper way to do things, and WHY to do them the way we were taught! PLEASE keep encouraging these things! Job well done! 🤩🤩🤩

I was a machinist in a shipyard and all the other crafts would come to us to sharpen their bits. No drill doctor. They would try to sharpen them themselves and wound grind them backwards, meaning that the cutting edge was lower than the back edge.

Excellent concrete work 👍 Impressive trailer restoration 😊 Although it was a joke about starting them young, my father started me driving/operating equipment when I was 8 years old. It was pretty standard for farm kids. Good instruction and supervision goes a long way and instills skills for the future. I was solo bailing by 12 years old, and could drive an 18 speed transmission by 16. Good video

Sharpening drill bits is a skill that is fading away. Working as a millwright I saw some crazy ways that people sharpened bits. Some could have been used as a center punch. Teaching people to use the face of the wheel and not the side was difficult. It was nice to see it done right. Great presentation. 😊 I’ve always kept a grinding wheel just for bits and chisels. Nice looking work on the concrete too. Pretty wild. 😁

Tom , a very interesting job to follow. I like these much better than the monopoly homes 10' apart. I do think on a home of this caliber they went a little cheaper on the concrete finishes. A stamped stone or at least a rolled slate on the steps and sidewalks. That would have completed the home details so much better than brushed concrete. I'm sure you agree. Thanks for taking us to work with you. I learn so much.

I like your video's but please don't loose the benefits of keeping them simple and to the point. Lots of background music doesn't help and you need either find a way to level out your voice over, too often it becomes VERY loud while you are talking over the background noise. How about trying to do your voice over separately during editing? It will even out the voice AND allow you to change your comments to better fit what's going on. Just a thought, hope your year is off to a great start!

Saw your attempt at epoxy on Outdoors with the Morgans. Do you have a little butane torch, lightly passing over with one while it cures will pop bubbles, wouldn't suggest doing epoxy with high humidity either. Did you use a drill mixer ? Try not to mix so vigorously to minimize bubbles, turned out pretty though. Good luck with bigger project
