I've built dozens of similar chairs. Instead of using the router hand held, I use the CMS router table. Much faster method. Also, i cut some holes a few inches back from the front of the armrest which will allow wine glasses to be safely stored. Another building material to consider is using composite decking. It's the right thickness and is bullet proof to the elements. Love your design tho! I have a Shaper Origin so I'll be using your files to make the templates. Excellent design and thanks for the tips I haven't thought about!

Where are the files for the Shaper Origin? Great content once again..
Thanks for the video but I am having trouble downloading the plans. I can download other plans in the design build series but for some reason I cannot with this build. Can you help? I'm really looking for a cut list. The template would also be helpful. Thanks you.

Are the SVG files still available? I was unable to locate them .
Ugly design, too upright to be an Adirondack Chair. Painting tip: Try linseed oil paint.
