For a momeent I thought you use a machine to cut the metal but you use sheet metal and flexible metal. wow, you can easily create stuff like that. Great work on the boom.

Absolut Spitze, hatte keine Ahnung wie so Modelle gebaut werden. Was ist das für Blech (Messing)? Hält der Endfest von Uhu bei den kleinen Kontaktflächen genug? Beste Grüsse aus Tirol!

Les pièces dorée sont en laiton, le reste est en aluminium, oui ca tiens bien mais il faut sabler les pièces avant et avec un peu de chaleur la colle devient liquide comme de l'eau et va dans les moindres petits trous pour bien fixer.

For arm it's aluminium 0.8mm, you need 2-3mm for bigger models. Depends the size and force applied on the arm.

what thickness of aluminum plate did you use? could you make the project available? by a link

Uhu Endfest 300 for aluminum. If you heat it up with hot air for example it gets liquid as water and makes its way in all smaller gaps. And then there is tin solder for brass or steel parts. You need to heat the metal with a flame or a soldering iron to the melting point of the tin solder and then apply it.

I watched many of your videos, i bought the same knipex nibbler, really great tool for my own trailer. But i cant solder alu to brass,it wobt stock to alu. any guide how to do this with solder iron? How high temp?

Hello. Glade to hear this 😀 Alu is glued with uhu endfest 300. I soldered only steel or brass.
