    The trenching bucket is in steel for the stenght. It's solder by tin. The tilting bucket is in aluminium for weight. It's glued with epoxy.

    Soldering is for steel. Epoxy is for aluminium

    Hello, glad to hear that, thats exacly why I do this video, for inspiring other people ! Sorry I do not have the drawing of my bucket, but you can find all drawing you want on google. just search with "ditching bucket drawing" or "excavator bucket drawing" choose the model you want and put it to the scale you want.

    Because first bucket was in steel and the last one is in aluminium.

    WOW... Your videos have inspired me to build my own. Can I ask why you go for 1:15? From what I have seen all the scaled trucks are 1:14 and I think it would be nice that they can be used together. But maybe it's okay, here where I live the local group runs 1:14-1:16 together. Anyways, the one I am thinking of building is the Volvo EC380E in 1:14, I have just printed the papirs today, it is huge.

    Standard bucket are made of steel, ditch bucket is in aluminium.. All drawing are in video description, with link for download.

    Ce n'est malheureusement pas aussi efficasse mais c'est mieux que rien, surtout bien dégraisser pour les collages.

    Hallo jetzt verstehe ich auch warum so manche Rc Modell so Teuer sind ,wenn diese Hand gemacht werden wie deine ist mir das logisch . Aber wenn ich mir überlege ich sollte sowas bauen wüsste ich gar nicht wie ich damit anfangen soll ausserdem würde mir auch das Werkzeug Maschinien dazu fehlen .Für mich käme da nur ein fertiges Modell in frage aber die sind sehr teuer und ich mit meinen paar kohle als Frührentner langt es da hinten und vorne nicht ,also bleibt mir nur davon zu träumen und mir deine tollen Videos an zu schauen . Ich wünsche Dir und Familie ein schönes sonniges Wochenende Gruß an die Schweiz aus Hessen lg Uli

    @@jeromegiuliano9550 Je crois que ses vérins la ne son plus produit, ils était pour l'air et le join de tête n'est pas assé serré. Dans la vidéo je mets une bague fine dans la tête de vérin pour serrer plus le join.

    Here aluminium is glued with epoxy Endfest 300. You can solder aluminium with cold brasure like alia382 but i do it only for bigger parts

    La craie sur la lime, c'est pour éviter que l'alu ne colle dedant.
