Build of OTL tube (valve) amplifier

This is my attempt to build an OTL tube amplifier according to the Japanese scheme. I used, NOS Soviet electronic tubes, the output tubes are 6N13S (6H13C) replacement is 6AS7, 6AS7GA, 6080 ..., the drivers are 6N6P replacement is 6CG7 ... and the preamp is 6J4P replacement is 6AU6.
As the amplifier I use for the drive and headphone, voltage filtering must be exceedingly good, without a choke the filter capacitors must be significantly bigger. I had to perform the power supply of the preamp heater with DC power supply, otherwise it has too much noise (too compact design or is it a matter of electronic tubes?).

What a beautiful peace of equipment!!! It reminds my times wen I was a WI FI fan in the 1950's. You forget to post the frequency band width and distortion percentage harmonic and intermodulation, I would like to compare with what I had designed and built with different types of tubes and also OTL circuits, I remember the best in specs was one amplifier using EL34's in series parallel arrangement identical to your amplifier in the post with 6AS7's. I designed and built a stereo amplifier with 4 tubes 6080 in an identical circuit OTL, but for speaker systems of 16 ohms. I was my best one.

As for the scheme I’m not sure whose idea it is. And as for heating, I definitely agree that the better solution is to heat the lower tubes especially the lower ones especially the upper ones compared to +160V and -160V, but to simplify the wiring I used zero as a reference point (more possible hum).

@@RobertZovko My words are not criticism. I found that a better solution would be to separate the heaters. But the circuit itself is OK, a bit related to push-pull transistor solutions. Solutions like yours, Mr. Zovko, wil work better with high load impedance. I can see power triodes connected in parallel so they can run with reduced load impedance. Good job.

Why +/- 0.5 Volts on the output? It is too much, you should hear huge pop sound in HP or speakers, and dc current flow through them.

Max. 0.5V will not cause a massive click in the speaker. Of course it is better to be as close to 0V as possible.

Less music, more talking. There's all sorts of things that you should be talking about. Why you pick the specific tubes you did, the same for the transformers. How you routed everything, the list goes on and on. It's a pretty amp but nobody can build it because you gave no real information on how other than some pretty picture,s and some silly editing. Somebody had to say it. I'd love to build this amp there's no way in hell I'm going to invest in parts for an amp when all I have going is a picture video and a quick schematic.
