Ғылым және технология
In this session learn why you would choose a hybrid web approach to building native apps with .NET MAUI in .NET 8. Learn about Blazor hybrid and how you can build full-featured native apps for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android within a single codebase that can take advantage of your web skills. Take a tour of some of the new capabilities and see how you can reuse UI and build solutions that target the web at the same time. Also get a peek at how you can leverage other web frameworks in .NET MAUI.

Let’s be honest, some presenters are a little difficult to listen to for long periods of time, but I could listen to these 2 ALL DAY… great presentation, please consider teaming up and putting some tutorial content up for MAUI… 😊

Totally agree, I'm surprised how awful most of the talks on this netconf have been. But this one was awesome
Thanks for making the complex seem simple. Great job!
Where I can take beautiful Bing weather backgrounds?)
Brilliant! And well presented.
We need to upgrade our XF app which relies on a hybrid webview custom renderer. I do not think it is acceptable that we need to rely on an experimental view for a production app. I suspect there are a lot of companies with the same issue.
Still no Linux support...
It's hard to get excited about frameworks from Microsoft. They're always years behind the competition, overly complex, and using proprietary tech.
I'm puzzled by Microsoft's roadmap-they invested in Silverlight, only to step back later. The Xamarin port, utilizing C#, emerged for Android and iOS, but why didn't Microsoft foresee this earlier when they started losing Silverlight users? The lack of plugin support in Android and Apple led to Silverlight's decline, with no clear migration path provided. Xamarin then emerged independently, offering C# compatibility and mobile app development. Microsoft eventually acquired Xamarin, but now they're transitioning from Xamarin to MAUI, following trends like Flutter. Many Silverlight developers have already moved to React Native, React.js, or Angular, finding more stable alternatives. The uncertainty in Microsoft's ecosystem and roadmap makes us hesitant to embrace their products.
