Sam - "I'm going to keep this engine completely stock" 10 seconds later.. 🤦♀ Sam - "alright so what we have here is a stage 2 turbo from garret"

I cried when you were like ‘they make heaps of power so I don’t need to touch it, it cost enough as it is’ ‘So here’s the giant turbo I’m putting on to double the power’ 😂😂

Yea got me there I was genuinely impressed thought we were staying stock
@6:00 “Im going to leave it completely stock” Not even 2 seconds later: “This is the biggest off the shelf turbo you can buy” 😂
Loving the Redarc Go Block. I don’t have a dual battery set up so rely on my travel buddies to let me share their fridge. Having the Go Block will help this part time Aussie traveller keep her own tucker cold and phone charged whilst checking out this beautiful country.
Just bought my first Landcruiser as a 17 year old. She’s a 75 and definitely a bit of a fixer upper. I’ve got no 12v system at the moment so the goblock would massively help me out in that department. Looking at going camping with the boys around where I live, East Arnhem Land, so this would help me out greatly to keep my steaks cold because it’s hot asf at the moment!

How is Arnhem land id love to go up there i have aboriginal blood but still white as
Love how it's completely "stock" with a stage 2 turbo, the go block would be perfect to run a fridge out in my boat for the overnight trips
My wife and I lost our holiday trailer to water damage from a heavy rain/hail storm. We started piecing together a nice tenting setup and recently bought a 12 volt fridge. One of those would be perfect for running the fridge and charging the phones rather than having it plugged into the vehicle and having to run the vehicle regularly to charge the batteries.
Looking forward to watching this series! I'm glad you are back working on the big patrol! 🤙
Loving the new “stock” but reliable conversion, keep up the good work. The GoBlock would be perfect for my new ute so I don’t have to set up a dual battery system, plus being able to throw it in the boat would be awesome too!
THIS.. is what I call a WILD build 👏 Can't wait to see how this evolves! Would love the goblock too, just in time for those summer hangouts and beach parties 👌
I’m a 19 year old, 3rd year Electrical apprentice travelling 3 hours to work away at Hydro stations in Tasmania’s remote areas each week. As the company I work for offer a work car to take, I don’t have the luxury of a 12v system. This GoBlock would allow me to throw my meals (and maybe a few beers) in the fridge and enjoy fresh food while I’m away 👍
Haha, I almost died when I heard "F truck" and "Duramax" in the same sentence! I'm excited for this one, I thought the LS sounded sick but ive got a soft spot for the American diesels! That 50ah Go Block would be incredible for beach camping trips in our tinny! Love your work Sam, can't wait to see your grin the first time you tow a big trailer with the duramax 🤙
Can't wait for the new conversion to be done, love the sound of a big turbo duramax. The go block would be awesome because I don't have the funds for a good dual Battery system in my patrol and it would mean I could take a fridge on the big trips camping trips in the ute and also out in the rzr. Thanks for the videos Sam, love your content and have learnt alot from you.
Love it! "I'll keep it stock", next scene, "so this is the new turbo" As for the Go Block, I moved to an apartment in the city 2 years ago and had to downsize all my camping gear, even sold my lifted D23 Navara, as it didn't fit into underground carparks, so I'm finally starting to go camping again, but storage space it at a minimum, and having something compact like this would be ideal! Keep up the great channel!
So good, can't wait till the diesel builds complete, the dual battery system would go so well with my current 80 series built from stock to tourer
Feels like your going back to your roots mate….love watching you do these jobs
This series is gonna be a good one brotha!!!
Loved the 5seconds of “staying stock” And yeah nah yeah a go block would be sweet for cold beers after work👌👌
Love the switch up! Can’t wait to see the build! 🤙🏽
Can’t wait to see this build finished. Haven’t got a dual bat set up in my 80 yet but the go block would bring me of to a great start to 4wding
This compact and efficient set-up would fit perfectly in the back of my Hilux 😍
Can’t wait to see how this goes, it’s gonna be an insane build! The go block would be bloody awesome because I’ve just bought a navara and I don’t have the money to put into a 12v system yet, so taking the go block to power a fridge would be awesome!
My old '96 GQ was bought to get my young daughters out camping and 4wd throughout Australia as they grow up. A 12v system was next on my list to make sure I can power a fridge/freezer to keep the icecreams on demand!
Absolutely loving getting out since lockdown and I'm keen as to go further and deeper into the bush but my set up is what's stopping me from the big trips and staying away longer. The Red Arc set up would be a big help and keep my fridge going! That Patrol is going to be absolutely sick mate, can't wait to see the rest of the build.
A redarc go block would be perfect for when in the pits at race events, would be perfect to run the fridge and keep food and drinks cold and charge up power tools!
Supper keen for the soot of this duramax, definitely would love a go block as my budget ute needs a secondary battery to get me away for abit longer then a night 😉🍻🍻
Mint conversion loving it dude keep it up looking forward to the next video
Going to be an epic build, can't wait to see how it turns out 🤙
I would love a go block to start my 12v system, I finally finished my dual cab patrol chop ready for summer so would be great to have a reason to buy a fridge or should I say have a reason to justify it to the missus.
"I'm just gonna be running this this stock, the way it is" But here's the new turbo I'm throwing on it for 600hp 😂
Can’t wait to see the rebuild of the patrol however, did love the sound of the blown V8. The go-block would be absolutely amazing to save a heap of weight over my current set up
Great mix of detail and video, love your work.
Remember the LS being built. Look forward to this one as well. I’d love a go block as I don’t have a duel battery system and it would be great for Xmas
Keen as for this build! Good to see your finally putting a real motor in the patrol ;)
In the middle of sorting my power setup and that would be the bees knees, love ya work
I'd love the Redarc block so I'd be able to take my fridge on the boat, not just left in the back of the car! Keen to see you finally go diesel in your 4wd. Good stuff Sam!
That red arc box will come in handy for work always out on sites without power and definitely come In handy out camping . Keen for the Duramax build mate 👌🏻👍🏻
Excited to see more of this build unfold 👌🏼 Red arc go block would really make camping and adventures with my small family a lot easier as we have not yet been able to sort a dual battery system love that it’s portable 👌🏼 Keep the eps coming and the the handle bars growing son 🤘🏼
The goblock would be a perfect addition heading into summer! Currently borrowing my brothers battery box when I go away, so having my own will be stellar as I’m sure we’re going away together at some point this summer. Bring on the epic trips!
Currently running a cable from my truck to the camp area for my fridge. gets a bit annoying especially after a few bevvys and you trip on the cable!🤣🤣
So excited for this build. The go-block would go great with my fridge
I’ve recently bought my first patrol and your videos are great inspiration for future mods! Especially in the department of engine swaps (we’ll see how long the ZD lasts…) I’d love a go block as I haven’t done any camping mods to the patrol yet and I’m trying to keep it as light as possible so the portability of the go block is perfect! Being able to remove it when I’m daily driving would be incredibly useful. 👌
Great content and not long winded. I'd love the dual battery setup to present to my son for his beach, fishing and camping trips with his mates.
Go block FTW! Can’t wait to see this duramax
Duramax / Cummins are dream motors. Lucky you. Redarc box could float my boat anyday. Nice episode mate 🤙🏼
This is honestly going to be an epic build series and I’m keen to see engine fitment in the bay and how the bloody hell it’s going to work. The Red Arc go block is exactly what I was hoping to use to power a fridge and a few accessories like battery charges, lights etc as I’ll be taking my young kids out on a trip to Birdsville to spread their great grandfathers ashes on Big Red. Keep up the good work mate.
This would be perfect for our fridge for the beach, of coarse to quickly fab up a trolley for the fridge and red arc system. We are getting less and less 4x4 access to our beaches and this would be the perfect alternate for the family
Mate, another great episode. REALLY looking forward to this build..... I don't want one, I need one haha. Sitting on the beach with a fridge full of coldies... and maybe a drink or 2 for the kids. Would be magnificent!!
was praying for a duramax the moment i clicked the video and you didnt fail to provide! also would love to have that Goblock just to simply power things in the go, cant even list all the times i wouldve needed it so desperately! 😂
Ripped out the old dual battery system and have been thinking about which way to go since. The Redarc Go Block would go great in the patrol and being able to pull it out and have cold beers next to you on the beach would be mint!
Nice work mate!! That red arc is mint!
my wife and kids absolutely love the outdoors we spend alot of time exploring but i am yet to have a dual battery set up in my ute so we still run a good old esky and ice which gets us by but having the go block would be a massive advantage to be able to run a small fridge to keep our lunch and drinks cool when we are out and about. love the episodes sam! cant wait to see the new build series!
Why wouldn’t you want a go block!! Versatility galore!!! The ability to take the fridge out of the car and keep everything cold while your out and about has to be the most convenient use for families, no more ice melting in the esky!
This new series is gonna be just as good as the last 🤙🏼
A set up like the go block is perfect for swapping the fridge from car to car and then car to campsite, great content keep it up Sam
Im actually so keen for this. The power to weight and someone who will actually use all the horses sits well with me 🤩
Love ya work Sam 🤙🏻
On of those goblocks would be awesome to go between the Hilux caravan and boat 👍👍 Keep up the great work Sam 👍
The best in the business and Australian made! Need this to move between the 4wd and boat to keep the beer and rumbos icy cold!
Love the build and so keen to see future videos with the big rigg..also the go block battery box would be ideal with keeping the beers cold in my Engel fridge on the days out especially on those hot days during summer and making it easy to plug in the led strip lights and to keep the 12v and 18v batteries charging when we are out and about. Your a legend!!
Ohh a durmax patrol... I too love new and interesting things
The go block would save me the hassle of having to build and manage multiple 12V setups.
Had a Duramax conversation in our Oka, it is honestly the best thing ever and will be super quick and reliable in that patrol. We just need to Redarc Goblock to finish off the ultimate build. Can’t wait to see it all finished
The go- block would be a great present for my dad, he recently bought a battery system for the car that cost a lot of money. From the get go we had issues with it and dad eventually stopped using it after it broke. He has always loved Redarcs products and this would be the perfect present for him. Love your videos, keep up the great content!
would love the go block having kids taken all space up to have a good fridge set up , this would making camping more enjoyable for my family thanks mate
Hey Sam, can't wait for more build episodes on the patrol. Have been searching for a decent 12v system for the Ute canopy and the go block ticks all the boxes.
12v setup is something I’ve never had the money to go big on and would love some redarc gear .. been following since the start and love me patrols
Go block looks like a sweet option. Can’t wait for the next build legend
holy moly build is gonna be so nuts, that battery would be unreal to bring the fridge down to the spot where my old man and i used to go fishing. keen to see the results!!
gotta say would love a go block for all the days on site when the sparky kills the power xD
Loved the episode. I’m keen for the go block because of the flexibility being able to leave my fridge in the car and then also at camp. 👍👍👍
That Redarc Go is all about going places. Sounds like a perfect match to an N80 and a stella camp trip down the south coast of NSW 🤙🏽
Need this for my luxxy!! Camping with the lads will go to another level!!!
Redarc GoBlock would just help me take camping to the next level with the family easier as can do extended trips with a fridge and be able to charge the kids torches and walkie talkies easily at camp. Take my set-up from loner to family. Love the show.
Dad has been looking at these for a while and this is exactly what I need for a Tinnie. I’m 15 and love going on mission in it
A go block would be the ideal solution for more flexibility at the campsite. Don’t need to move the vehicle whenever I need lighting or power. Would be great to power work lights for cooking or setting up tents when we arrive at a campsite late night. And having the fridge powered and out of the vehicle. Very keen to see how this duramax build goes! Goodluck
Great to see a Duramax build, looking forward to the finished build. I’d love the Redarc Goblock to give to the missus for her market stall. She does a lot of night markets and the Goblock would be perfect for running her lights and charging her POS system and phone, when she can’t be setup near the vehicle.
The new Redarc go block would be amazing, Redarc make quality products so would love to have this! Keep up the great videos!
Power for days. Like the innovation from Redarc
Can't wait to see the Patrol back on the road, she's gonna be a bloody tough rig after this. The Go Block would be perfect for me as it would give me the flexibility to transfer it between my partners car and mine for our fridge as well as charging our camera gear when we are out filming at the track. Good luck with the build mate, its a monster engine
Maaaaaate you’re kidding, I am absolutely frothing! Welldone brother!!
This is exciting 👏🏻👏🏻
Nice. Could use one of those Redarc battery boxes for our fishing trips to keep the beers and fish cold. Instead, we use an oversized, heavy AGM battery which is a giant pain in the butt to lug around.
About to start setting up my canopy for my fridge and haven’t gotten the dual battery sorted out yet and this would be the perfect way to go for neatness and convenience. Double bonus being made here in aus
Would be great for our camping trip this year, saves me bringing the generator and fuel and oil. A true aussie space saver
Love a “go block” for travel anywhere power. Then the husband can stop worrying about batteries and i can have a nice cold drink!!
Can’t wait for the new build! I’d love a go block because I don’t have a dual battery system yet and as a student, they bloody expensive!
Love that the patrol is getting beasted! Bought an old farm 75 series that's getting fixed up in the shed, proper amateur home shed build. She's an old girl but would love some new power to get out camping sooner and the red arc box would goal a long way getting us out there.
Redarc always building the best. This would be perfect in the back of my 80. Yet to have a good 12v setup
The Go Block would be an awesome addition to my soon to be canopy set up. Would be able to run the extra electrics for when our baby boy comes 🥰
A go-block would be just perfect for my dad for Christmas as we want to do more camping and he needs something like this to run his fridge and camping gear
The Go-Block would be the perfect addition to our soon to be picked up brand new Prado. Would help with getting us out and exploring this beautiful country of ours that it was designed in and built for!
Keep it simple man, red arc go block, Engel full of beers on the beach who wouldn’t want one ! Epic build mate
Really need a dual battery setup and the new red arc looks like a great piece of kit!
Cant wait to see the end result🤙👌
The go block would be perfect for the mighty jimny, need something lightweight i can take out when i dont need it. Keen as to see the new and improved patrol
Loving the build soo far. Keen to see how it goes. I’d love the Go block would work soo much better for base camp than using the dual battery set up and having to put the fridge back in the car when going for the adventures
This series is gonna be the best one yet!!
I am doing a lot more remote camping lately, trying to be as off the grid as possible I definitely would utilise the Redarc Goblock for my fridge and go pro's! Looks like an epic bit of gear! Good old Aussie engineering!!
The Go-Block would be so bloody handy for my next camping trip to keep the food and drinks cold instead of running an esky!
