Looks like a fun tower defense. Kind of reminds me of Kingdom Rush except you can build buildings.

Fight where alllll your damage can hit them. Thats why in military strategy if you send infantry out to meet the enemy (and dont just "turtle") you keep them near the castle walls so they have archer support. Evolve around that and you will see the efficiency rise.

The game definitely has huge potential

I feel like I just watched someone play a TD exactly like this and the only difference was the art style. I've loved tower defense games since Warcraft 3 days, this one definitely looks fun.

Found the game through this channel as the title caught my eye but there's honestly nothing "They Are Billions" to be found in this game. It is the same gameplay loop every single run of each map, ofc you can change it with mutators but that doesn't really change the core of every map. It was fun for a single session but I don't crave coming back to it. But it's worth the price if you're into this type of gameplay.

For games like these I tend to just keep trying new levels to gain more exp or perks until I hit a wall and then return to the lower levels to finish up their bonus wins with my new skills/perks. Whatever you choose it'll be fun to see how you play this game.

Off topic, if there could be a modern game with graphics like this but a campaign and story like baulders gate or divinity and had turn based fights, that would be so much fun!

Urrg.. the lack of math skills hurt my head. When its a +75% bonus. EVERY weapon is ramped up by an equal amount. And actually, a faster weapon is less likely to waste damage on overkilling mobs than a slower harder hitting one.

Xenonauts will be a full release playthrough and Jagged Alliance seems fun, but since missed the launch window due to vacation, I don't think it's where I'll put my time for now. Gonna be focusing on BG3!
