Pretty standard stuff these days. THE suspension from technical touch (Showa) is the most expensive $12.5k then u have ohlins, WP CONE VALVE. I owned all the. A kit stuff and yes it’s amazing on the ruts, small bumps and larger hits. But u gotta pay for it.
Thanks for the love CS14!

Thanks boys!
KYB all the way. I think what you did is totally worth it. Good suspension is extremely important and guys with your skill level know that better than anyone.
Hey Cole I think the gray plastics are gonna look mean on this beast!
Awesome build Col Seely, Im still rollin with a 450L with vortex and FMF, but at 45 yrs old chasing my son around a track on his CRF 150RB, thats enough for me!!! Steve from Australia

Great content Cole keep it comin bud
This was awesome Cole
Looks bad ass Cole! Interested to see how your coatings hold up. Say hi to your pops for me.
That Yoshi is sick🔥
Beautiful build very nice
Bike turned out great, I especially like the frame.
Technical Touch KYB 48mm kit on my Honda. Hands down the best. Spring conversion. X Trig Clamps and preload adjuster. Billet lower lugs. Best you can buy at a privateer level. $10,000 in suspension.
Damn, that bike literally costs as much as my old lady's baby daddy owes in child support 🤨
How did you black out your air box? Just bought a 2021 and the air box is orange and I want to black out the back end and gray on the front. KTM only has white and orange. I was thinking of hydro dipping it. Sick build Cole! Keep the videos coming! Thank you!
Just picked up a 2020 300 xc and about 1500 worth of parts. 12k and a long way from 29k 😮
Suspension is Essential...A Class makes the biggest difference,overall.#Cole Try the Soelva Fork and Suspension,you will be amazed Bro..Best Wishes,stay Healthy Bro...
It turned out great, thanks for sharing. If you ever feel like the brake modulation is too narrow, try the KTM Powerpars SXS Calipers and support (SXS09125512, SXS07125712, 77713975044). They are made of high-strength aluminum which results in super-precise control and modulation (also they are black). One of the best things I ever did to my KTM. The OEM brakes are very good. The SXS calipers are so much better, at least from my weekend warrior perspective. Also the Moto-Master rotors used by Factory KTM pair nicely (112145 or 110298 and 110218).

What brake pad do you run with that set up?
@brianmcginity7663
3 жыл бұрын
@@mikeb4708 I've been using the Moto-Master Pro Racing GP in the front and Moto-Master Pro Racing (non GP) in the rear. I prefer the non-GP pads in the rear because I am not as precise with my foot as I am with my hand. Also sometimes I drag the rear brake around turns or when exiting bummy turns over the acceleration chop. I only wish there was more than one Moto-Master distributor in the US so it would be possible to price shop.
Can you explain the process you went through to get the frame like that?
Man. Ur crazier than me. The bike is dope!! I like the yoshimura. We wanted a little bit of yoshimura sound bro.. 😔
Every change or update u make to ur bike please let the channel know just got a 21 ktm 450

I got a cone valve fork and I love it, but I want to check out their lucky carbon fork kit for my stock forks that I just have laying around. I have their shock though and it is really nice.
29,330 dollars superb build,,
Suspension is expensive. I checked the pricing for the latest WP forks and shock and almost fainted...😕

Should I upload my 2004 450 exc g racing into street legal vids. Bike only has 180hrs and 4550miles cost $2000
2 questions What is the cost difference between this build vs how much your factory bike was for you to buy? What bike do you feel better on?
@ColeSeely
3 жыл бұрын
Vexed Crazyness I never had to buy any of my factory bikes but I imagine they would cost 4 or 5 times as much as this. I don’t know about feel yet because I haven’t gotten a chance to ride this set up on a track but I will in the next month or so and let all the subscribers know!

Dropsix the old saying goes “the only thing stock on those bikes are the frames” and I’d imagine that’s pretty true still. Everything custom made and tailored to each rider with titanium, carbon and one off pieces. Plus all the R&D that goes into them. Well north of $85-90K
Do you think it would be worth putting $8,000 suspension on my ktm 150sx cole? Do you really feel that much of a difference in handling?(I race harescrambles)
@blakemoses612
3 жыл бұрын
Unless your at the pro level for harescrambles i wouldnt. Just get your current suspension setup how you like it. I got my 150sx brand new and it didnt even cost 8k lol
the problem i have with the 250 i have... it does not have a 6th gear and i cant find were to get a 16-17 tooth drive sprocket for it. put the 2003 yamaha on a 2007 RMZ made it so the rear is a 19 inch with a 38 tooth but still with a 14T on the engine its not enough, slows it down but hold it at 55-60mph. sounds like an airplane going down the highway. has amazing fuel economy. I used to drive a motorized bicycle down gravel roads at 38mph, with the yz250f on the rmz its 240lbs wet
Before I even clicked the video I knew he’d be looking at referencing for prices because he gets the sheet for free or very little 🙃
"Pffffft, hold my beer." (slapping restyle plastics kit on early 2000s two stroke)
*KTM* for the win - steel frame is superior to the rigid aluminum frame top heavy (non-steering) big 4 bike brands.
When I first read the title, my mind was telling me “build cost KTM $450” And I’m looking at the thumbnail of the bike, head tilted, thinking “yeah right gtfoh” but then I realized it was ktm 450 $$ lol.
Wonder what that would be in Canadian dollars...
Holy fuck!!! That's a bad ass bike but $30k dammmnnnnnnnn
So that’s what it would cost to the average guy without connections. Can you say what you have in it?
@ColeSeely
3 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure but probably around half they
Damn my bike was 6000 and then spent 8000 on suspensions it’s wierd
Would have saved thousands if you had a CR500af.
Can we get a drift car breakdown video?
Black radiator doesn’t improve cooling at all.

That’s 20,000 just in bike an suspension personally I can’t justify spending that much, I could buy multiple bikes for that price, but I guess if u can afford it why not, it’s definitely a cool bike an build but not my price range

I mean you quit a factory team cause you were tired of not being able to hoist a number #1 plate, so you are unemployed ok cool you gotta couple of bucks put away from being a yearly "contender". Not trying to daddy you it's your money but I don't understand from factory unobtanium to I got the connection to building a cool race bike to smoke the locals maybe twice a month um. Backwards dude you done already done the teenager fast guy thing and gave it your shot, you quit, no job and now you wanna show up your buddies with a 2 wheeled Ferrari um priorities son. Once you knock up big leg brenda and get a gut like KW and me that 30k toy gotta be sold for health insurance, utilities and college funds for the kids. You thought retiring b4 you were 40 was gonna last. Well maybe your momma and daddy got a nice grip in the cut for you when that factory money dips to regular people figures. Now you grown kid now you gotta make a real living
