Build Bigger Shoulders and Chest | Raw Training | Pro Natural Bodybuilders

Best Chest and Shoulder Movements. Raw training footage with Ron Parmeter and Ray Clark in Tampa, Florida. We got together for a Chest and Shoulder day at EOS fitness. Ron and Ray are both Champion Natural Pro Bodybuilders. We are all over the age of 40 now but still living the lifestyle. Ray is in prep for the 2024 competition season.
This raw training footage is based around building the chest and shoulders. The best exercises for the shoulders are simple but effective. We chose the DB Shoulder Press and Side Lateral DB Raise. For the Chest we focused on Incline DB Press, Decline Hammer Strength Press and the Cable Chest Fly.

I'm a 57-year-old retired New York City, Firefighter. FDNY.. And i'm on the treadmill right now watching your videos. Great encouraging content. I kind of let myself go over the last few years and my belly got bigger and really slowed down with my working out.. but I know I have to make changes and I think the biggest thing for me is nutrition and being way more consistent with working out. I'm not looking to get large just little more lean and defined. In shape, Nothing crazy.

I've been working on getting lean.. I'll be 46 this year. I'm down from 280 to down to 220 with at least another 20 lbs to go. I love seeing that this is possible for people in their 40's

I'm not a body builder. I am an 'older' dad working to get rid of as much of the Dadbod as I can by our August cruise (I set a deadline). I have a treadmill, dumbbells and TRX setup in the basement at home...no excuses. I appreciate these types of videos where you are specific on the correct form. And showing the lifts & reps performed . Thanks.

Love this content! I am a 48 year old 5' 6" dad who has been lifting for almost 10 years now. I am currently cutting down from 212 to 193 right now. My goal is 175, maybe more if I think I need it. Your videos have helped me tremendously. Walking more is so underrated, I've noticed better fat loss when getting more steps in than anything else I've done. I would like to see more videos on lifting, especially how we should lift as we get older. Thanks for all you do!

Really enjoying your videos so far. I am a 43yo woman who has lost 4 stone this year, burning fat with my calorie deficit and gaining muscle with increased protein and gym every day. I love it, I just need to get over my fear of free weights 😅 For the record, I'm halfway through my fat loss journey .

I'm trying to find a clever way to mix in gymnastic training with my regular training program. Not so much for Legs, but for upper body work. I've always admired the physiques, particularly the upper body development of top gymnasts. I've started and am finding it very intense and direct, heavy in nature, and very good for posture. I hope some day Paul that you cover a bit of that kind of approach, or even have a male or female gymnastics trained guest on. Thanks Paul.
