I spent my whole life in a body shop/mechanic garage. And I never saw a jig made like this. That's why I subscribed. Boy does this make doing professional work on the under carriage a breeze.

Nice idea. I wonder if you could attach some 10" wheels with supports so you could move it outside for pressure wash or blasting?

Honestly I’m in shop looking at it now trying to figure that out. It would need to be right side up to roll it out. May be a good idea for another video.

Thanks! I’m thinking around 800-1000lbs. I might be way wrong. I wouldn’t think any heavier than that.

Doing a complete restomod on my 71 that I've owned for more than 35 years. Pretty much all the sheet metal is being replaced. It's a Massachusetts car but now living in southern California. Fire wall, full floor pan, complete trunk floor, frame rails, tail panels, rear quarter panels, door skins, is were I'm at with this project. Are there any Information to square this all up and keep all the subframe mounts in line in at the right distance apart? Is anybody have a the website or something where I can get these measurements from?

You can buy a fisher body manual that has Datum lines and measurement points. I suggest building a jig. I have a frame machine that I use but that’s an expensive option.
