I tour the streets of Canggu looking at existing homes , looking at rental accommodation and a new development under way with its dutch owner. I am impressed with Canggu beautifully located close to beach and just far away from larger cities of Seminyak and Kuta. The dutch developer explains the advantages of Canggu but be assured the opportunity is now for those wishing to move to Canggu . Prices are rising quickly , the population is increasing but foreigners can still buy property and enjoy this enviable lifestyle .

Bali is getting ridiculous with its prices it’s cheaper here in Australia and alot safer

Bali is definitely more expensive than I was lead to believe . Australia is very expensive now by SE Asian standards . People still want to travel . I prefer to travel outside of Australia at moment . Thanks for watching my clip . Mike
