Build a First Class Self-Concept and Get What You Want

In this video, Joy shares the importance of having a high self-concept and how it relates to manifesting things like love, money and why it is required, not only to decrease resistance and manifest effortlessly but to live an autonomous, fulfilling life. She breaks down how you can enlarge your own perception of what you are worth and recognize your innate value and power in yourself. Trust and faith are also other key traits to master in building a first class self concept.

Many of us weren’t raised by parents who told us we are enough and didn’t praise us and now as adults we struggle to find our worth and can’t see it. So sad. I raised my son the opposite of what my parents did. I praised him, complimented him, never squashed his dreams and he’s 31 and very successful, happy and well adjusted. We can still overcome if we accept that our parents messed up and had no knowledge to pass on and projected their own insecurities and inefficiency on us and it wasn’t their fault.

Actually, it’s not a good thing to praise kids. Only if they ask for it. Praising kids teaches them to be people pleasers. There’s also a difference between pro aiding kids based on performance vs effort. I read about this the other day, so thought I would share.

It’s becoming super clear to me now that I’ve been doing this all wrong. My self concept is all over the place I know my worth but I let limiting thoughts dominate too often which is reflected in my 3d.

I loved your point about not relying on external factors to determine your worth in a relationship. I'm so tired of hearing about "low-value man this" or "high-value woman that." It's such a cruel and reductive way to speak about people, and it makes romantic partnerships seem like a transaction.

Joy, your message is spot-on about how to have a good life. We become what we think and believe about ourselves. I'm an old-timer, age 75, and I didn't discover the truth in your message until around age 40, which is when my life became wonderful. The "tool" I used to change how I see myself has been a gratitude list. I started writing it back in 1989, putting in every little, and larger gratitude, starting by thinking trough my childhood up until the present day. Today that list is over 54,000 words - 134 pages single-space typed into a Word document. Doing this exercise, and keeping it going over the years, caused a total shift in how I saw myself. Everything changed for the better. My life changed, my marriage changed, my business changed - all for the better. It's a wonderful message. What we think about expands, and by keeping grateful, I keep getting more things about which to be grateful. Try this. Keep it going, it works.

Environment triggers feelings which trigger mood which trigger thoughts and actions. You have the power to become less volatile to your environment you have all the control you are your god. Trust me when I say from experience staying in that higher frequency does attract positive experiences. Thats not to say you wont be tested but its a blip in time dont let that bs affect you queen. Stay unbothered.

Yes I learned a great Class8dance form under her for 12 years but those 12 years of my childhood I was under pressure , stress n lot of unrequited discipline which often use to turn into distress. I m a first class first university topper gold medalist girl..fair n beautiful and a dancer and singer..however I never knew I need to value myself as a result my husband too thought of me as very gullible n took me for a ride for several years wth tremendous mental abuse n disrespect...but no more. Enough is enough. I stand up again n first v thing I want to love myself ..right from a small child uptill now..I😊 I select people v carefully now ..I need best wishes from you all..

Abundance is an energy, feel your way into abundance. Who are your role models, what inspires you about them, whats their self concept. Learn from them, what are they doing right. How we do the small things is how we do the big things. Do small things like a big person. Embody the energy of that future you that you hold in your mindspace. Wishing us all the best. This is part of Hermeticism and I agree completely. Also it is important to love and accept everything and everyone as it is, as well as yourself. In doing so will kill negativity and lack and you become someone who attracts what your new worth is. It will also take any SP off the pedestal. I love you Joy.
