lol I know that's a lot. It really helps small channels more than you would expect.
Thank you so much for watching.
In this video I build an Anvil stand with 4 by 4s, wood glue. screws, bolts, and some 1/8 in by 1 inch steel strips.
I glued the wood together and screwed each 4 by 4 to each other. Then I wrapped the steel bands around the whole thing and bolted it in place. I also Etched my logo into a shield that I cut out of a scrap piece of metal.
This stand was built for a 130lb Anvil from Vevor.
If you have any questions about this build please let me know in the comments/
Thanks

I think I did a short where I show how I did it. But I did do videos on how I etch. I used Automotive pinstriping around the perimeter and I printed out my logo with the cricket cutter. Then I etched it in salt, water, and used D.C. electricity.

How is this thing held together on the inner timbers though?

I screwed each board to each other. Once you have the 1st row done, then you screw 1 on at a time and glue it. I used 3 1/2'' construction screws. I went in at an angle in both directions. The outside corners I only put screws under where the bands go. It's really solid. It's still nice and tight.

I just used Boiled Linseed Oil. I sanded the wood to 80 grit with a palm sander first.
