+The black wheel well trim is factory on ALL 1984, 1985, and 1986 Buick Regal T-Types and Grand Nationals; Optional on 1987 Buick Regals with RPO code WO2. The actual trim part has been obsolete for MANY years; people will blast and powder coat or use barbecue black paint on the stainless ones to appear correct. The Body Side molding is an available option. The RPO code is B88. Your trunk label should have a bunch of B code RPO's denoting each specific black trim part or group of parts.

@hildsMisfitGarage Also, I have a question for you. The character in the VIN before the serial portion (last six digits) Is it 'H' for Flint Michigan build, or is it 'P' for Pontiac Michigan 1984 cars are H, 1986 cars are P.
