You don't have to sit around complaining 'bout the way your life has wound up. Think of all the time you waste and time's a precious thing to let go by. Sure you've hit the bottom, but remember you'll be building from the ground up. Everyday's another step that takes you even closer to the sky, so give a try. Down, down, down, down, down, down, down and out. You don't have to sit around depressed about the way that luck deceived you. Fortune sailed away, you missed that boat and found that you'd been left behind. Fight and fight some more until you know the world is ready to receive you. Lady luck is fickle, but a lady is allowed to change her mind. You don't have to sit around complaining 'bout the way your life has wound up. So be a man, you know you can't be certain that you'll lose until you try. We as one shout up, up, up and out.

When we did this play at school I didn’t play Blousy like seemingly everyone else who comments on these videos. I played the one character no one remembers 😂
i love the deep voice singing then the high pitched voice when he talks to them
even at 23 this is still a tune and classic film
What I wouldn't give for a new movie with all the iconic songs

@@wezuknep7506 That’s a stupid reason. I’m sure your friends have other redeeming qualities. I’ll be honest, I don’t even watch movies with my friends. We have different tastes in movies and music and entertainment and that’s ok.

I’ve loved this movie since it came out, after watching & reading the Godfather this was replicated with choreography, music, songs, life in the depression & FUN. I LOVE THE MOVIE & these clips.
Great Movie Right Here. Great Music too.
I will always adore this film. I watched it at first because we were doing it at my theatre group but I know watch it whenever I can because I love it so much
One of my favorite movies off all time. I remember me and my sister's always watched it when it came on.
Reminds me of an old canteen we had at work.
Gah, the nerves. I have to play piano for our school play. I'd say try and use the nerves to your advantage, work with them, they give you that edge. Even those on the West End get nervous! Enjoy it!

Done this movie as a play in year 6, So many memories brought back.... I cannot believe I was Blousy... I have massive stage fright now.... xx
this is one brilliant movie
a classic song one of my favourites from bugsy malone
This film as got to be the best film of my entire childhood, course i spent all my childhood wanting one of the cars and custard guns of this film and deep down, still would love them now lol
woo we doing this 4 our end of year production
i remember my school doing this, fantastic movie never been one like it bugsy malone is a classic !!
i guess this is probably set in the depression times of the 1920s and 30s
I LOVE everyones voices (Tulia and Bugsy) I just love the way they sing the most
I love this because i always imagined after this Bugsy explained what he wanted them to do (which he didn't do in the song) and they're like, 'hold up, you want us to do what now?'
So many good songs in this musical!
world's best musical-movie? Might just be the one.
Bugys and little shop are the best musicals !!!
We did this production back in year 6 as well. Seems a lot of people have some brilliant memories because of Bugsy Malone. :')
By the way, to all who have been looking for this movie, it is in HMV. I bought it yesterday as seeing this clip brought back so many memories
Fab song and sequence.
