Yes it is truly a heaven there. I grew up in that area, it’s multiple towns that are along the coast of Caspian Sea, rich with fish, fruits, vegetables and good meat. There’re 3 breezes I love, breeze in these coastal Baku towns along the Caspian Sea, breeze from the Black Sea, and the Ocean breeze in North Carolina. You should definitely pay a visit to Baku, Azerbaijan especially around the Novruz time, which is New Year for Azerbaijanis, so 2 New Years one in December and another in March for welcoming Spring, when the food is just fantastic:)
