This car is the bridge between old and new era.

The strategy is really straightforward and understandable, it’s always about patience and making wise decisions that are not rushed.

I'm gonna need a couple of those.

So let me get this straight, it's OK to have a Bugatti, Lamborghini, Ferrari & even a Corvette to have a hybrid setup. Even though the Acura NSX started the new trend & was treated like crap while all others mentioned above has a very similar if not exact same setup.

The Acura NSX with hybrid Tech came out in 2016 which was 6 years AFTER the Porsche 918 debuted with their Hybrid setup and the McLaren P1 also beat the Honda to the market by 3 years. The Honda wasn't the first supercar to feature a hybrid setup.

@@almac9203Good Debate, however, the P1 was rear drive only & the 918 did not provide torque vectoring & sales sucked. Japanese philosophy in their autos are a hit or miss in regards to the NA market. Not always about big power. The demon had more HP than an M5 but...

@@just_jay7078 you did say that Honda invented the hybrid supercar when Porsche were the pioneers. The Porsche sales didn't suck as they sold 918 copies which matches the model name. Pretty sure it wasn't a coincidence that they produced 918 units. The Honda NSX simply lacked excitement and theatre and if we are being honest the badge. The Honda is probably a great second hand car but it always lacked desirability compared to Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche cars.

Because nobody wanted a hybrid nsx. We all wanted a successor to the first nsx; a naturally aspirated, manual, lightweight, fairly priced, entry level supercar. Instead, we got a hybrid, automatic, heavy, overpriced one. If anything the C8 corvette has taken its place.

@@almac9203 Nope, did not say Honda invented the hybrid supercar or the hybrid system which traces its roots to Maybach diesel locomotive back in 1935. The NSX main points was reliability compared to upper echelon of sports automobiles while being cost effective. When NSX went hybrid it was not cost effective, none are but it did provide a less costly alternative.

@@almac9203 Elon is almost always behind schedule...But he'll get there someday for sure(with exceptions of fsd and robotaxi etc which are truly hard problems that am bearish on in the short term). Roadster is however guaranteed to happen and we gonna see KZread vids of the roadster smoking this thing and more in a drag race
