Yes Kedar nixa I saw many times that you never clean the buff intestine properly,first you have to boil the intestine foe 10 to 15 minutes and clean it with the help of knife to take out that outer layer of intestine, once you clean the outer layers wash it again with clean water,so finally it is ready to cook.otherwise it is very unhygienic to eat.

ну это будет не вкусно-у них же как? чем грязнее,тем вкуснее. Цивилизация до них дошла,интернетом пользуются,а то,что имеют место быть стол и стул их не колышит- подумаешь упало мясо на пол,где все ногами ходят.. А чего только стоит доска разделочная и тот камень,на котором специи растирают. Я уже молчу про личную гигиену
