@@stylin60es Repairs aren't that bad if you're mechanically inclined. You can do most by yourself. There's tons of resources to guide you through. Parts are also available. You just need to know where to look. Some electrical components can also be purchased at auto parts stores; many were also used in Ford Mustangs from that period. I'd say go for it, particularly if you have the option to own more than one used bike. May not be your daily commuter, but the best choice if you go canyon carving or riding any curvy routes.

Richard Bailey thank you for the feedback. I agree with you, I’m 1,8 tall and I am super comfortable on mine and just love the fact that she is so different to anything else on the road today 💪👍🏻

I am 5 foot 10 inches(Canadian measurements😂) and currently own and am building a carbon fiber Sportster 48 with brakes, clutch, gauges, suspension and a built 1250cc big bore motor along with lots of other cool stuff. I am picking up a Buell XB12SCG and an XR1200X in the next year now that both can be acquired here for a decent price! I want to have my 3 favourite Sportster platforms because they are so much fun😁

Good video. I too am fortunate enough to own an ' 08...small correction though...the fuel pump is not under the airbox cover it's at the back and bottom of the frame by the swing arm

Very nice! One just like this was on eBay U.S. a while back, but I had too many bikes. Wish I had pursued it now.

I had a orange 25th anniversary bike, but lost it in a crash, old lady did not see me as I was coming down the street in the shades of some large trees. She spearheaded me turning left. I got a new bike a 09 in the exact same color scheme you show here. You be hard pressed to see the fuel pump, it is inside the fuel tank ''frame'' and is not possible to see unless you pull it out of the frame. I am pretty sure it has 4 valves per cylinder, two intake valves and two exhaust valves.

Harley lose lots in sales when Buell was around. So the only way to get sales back, Harley has to get rid of the Buell brand for good.
