My budgy, Buttercup loves the baby budgies.

Love the yellow face skyblue. Great the way the yellow does not wash down into the chest and make it a green colour. Hope it does not change after their first moult.

I was wondering about a month ago I got a budgie and waited a month to get him a partner. My husband got a new budgie and I notice that the new budgie looks slightly different. I'm not sure if it's a problem or not?? My first budgie has big eyes and a more rounder head. The newer one eyes are smaller and slightly shorter. Will they get along?

Nice birds, I like the little lutino and the YF opaline at 1.50 (if it was an opaline) . You seems to have lots of dilutes, is that by purpose? Again nice and harmonic birds, congrats.

@@crystalskulls129 look at the eggs with a lantern, if they have chicks, you'll see veins, and some reddish color inside. If not, you will see nothing or a translucid liquid. Normally, when females know eggs have no chicks, they don't warm them. But you should have a look, because if they had chicks inside, you should buy an egg heater and warm them by this means, if mum rejects them. I've got 15 lovebirds 😍

Do you remove the nest boxes after the breeding season? I made the mistake of gluing mine onto the wood so not sure how to get them off!

Yes always remove them and put fresh ones up cleaned ones back in spring :)

can you destroy it with a hammer or something? If it is glued, it can also be toxic. And besides, as he told you, you will have to clean it or just buy a new one. If my boxes are more or less ok, I put them in a recipient full of water, liquid soap and vinegar, I leave it there for about 1-2 days, then I wash it very well with a scourer, and let it dry under the sun

No I only keep one or 2 from each pair to avoid bad breeding (easy to tell)
