کس نے بولا کہ پاکستانی govt tax نہیں لے سکتی۔ govt ہر شہری سے ٹیکس لے رہی ہے۔ جو پاکستان سے باہر ہے اس کی income پہ tax nahi ہے۔

پاکستان گورنمنٹ کہتی ہے کہ باہر سے پیسے بھیجنے پر وہ پیسے مانگ رہی چارجز کی مد میں یا کسی قسم کے ، تویہ کیا ھے ؟ تو جب اوورسیز باہر سے پیسے بھیجیں تو بھی چارجز دیں اور پاکستان میں اکاؤنٹ سے پیسے نکلواتے وقت بھی چارجز دیں ، یہ کیا سہولیات ھیں یہ تو بدمعاشی ھے سہولت تو نہیں ھے ۔

We are already Tax payers in the country of residence. So no need to be tax payers in Pakistan. Because we don't get any benefit in Pakistan.

Don't give fake news . Overseas Pakistanis having NICOP will not be banned from travel as you said in your vedio.

The restriction of going abroad is only on those ppl who are not Overseas Pak and don't hold NICOP card.

I got NICOP and I am dual national. Both British and Pakistani. So does it mean I don't need to be a filer to travel to Pakistan & and come back to the UK.

@@asmatkhan5906 yes, true. if you don't earn any regular income from Pakistan and live less than 160 days each year in Pak while retaining NICOP and dual citizenship, you don't need to become filer. The new law applies to residents of Pak who earn here or live more than 180 days/year

I tried many times to register myself via online application to become a filer but every time failed. The application did not go further. It showed a message that I will be notified within 24 hours but it didnt.

These are not overseas and in tax authorities these r consider residents, if u r more than 180 days continue stay outside the country then u r qualified for non resident.

Im overseas Pakistanim sends money to my wife, but she is a non filer. Will she be allowed to travel out of the country??
