Budget Lens Review : Meyer Optik-Gorlitz Lydith 30mm f3.5
Фильм және анимация
In this video I go over a lens I didn't have the best time using but after looking at the pictures I got I decided it was a very unique lens. The reversed aperture and focus ring made me work a bit harder to get the shots I wanted. In the end this strange lens was a surprise and a great experience. It does have some distortion which is strange to have above a 24mm but offers a unique look.

Excelente video 😊!
I like how you kept showing images on the monitor while you were talking, thanks for doing that.
One of my favorite lenses, mostly in my bag. Of course full of flaws, but how beautiful they are sometimes. Many pictures have a kind of elegance, lack of a better word.
If you want a cheaper version of the same lens its also called Pentacon 30mm F3.5 which came after the rebranding.
yes , if you like shooting brickwalls , the lens is not for you...

Haha 😂 I used it more today on a crop sensor. I did enjoy using it. I like the glass I m just not a fan of how expensive it can be when you can get a 28mm or 35mm for half the price. What do you like about this lens? Any tips on how to use it?
