Hey Cowboy C Bop! Yeah, the Knife King is doing great. I use it on occasion around the compound, and I have it displayed in my garage/man cave with my other military style knives. Very accurate in design to the Randall model 1, which was utilized in WW2 & Vietnam. Very cool knife, I love it! Thanks again...

I’ll break it out every now and then if I’m opening a box in the kitchen area . ( that’s where the back door is located ). Still beautiful as the day it arrived . This is what I call “ a Diamond in the Rough “. I think there are still some avail on Amazon . People don’t know what they are missing .

I’ve only used 2 by KUBEY and yes I agree - they absolutely do make some pretty nice knives from what I’ve experienced. Definitely a favorite of mine the KU160 . Hard to find now . Darn !!

I think this video ( 12 Budget Blades to consider), is better than my original Top 10 Budget blades . I think these are better options . ( most of them ) .

Thanks my brother … Yeah that Cold Steel Luzon is definitely a folder but feels like a nice fixed blade with a wicked sharp edge . Nasty !! Gotta be careful with THAT one !! It bites !! No I have not heard anything about DBAD .. is he ok ?

Holy Magnolia, that 13" SZCO Bowie from Sportman's Guide is a real old-school thumper! I have been a Guide member since The Crucifixion but never ran across it. Wow. Great reveiw!

Yeah my eyes popped out of my head when I first saw the SZCO Bowie . I bought in like 2019 or 20 . I wonder if they still have in stock . It’s got a nice solid weight to it . And don’t mind the edge . The paper I had sitting on the wet table didn’t help for my cutting tests haha 😂 Thanks for watching 🤠

So, I'm not sure exactly why each of these knives are recommended. Honestly, I'm not getting enough information here to make any decision. I have to research each of them individually. I would like to know what kind of steel is used in each one, and I would like to see them run through some sort of tests to see if they're going to break or chip, or bend if they put into use. If they're just part of a collection, and they're being recommended based on their looks and style, or maybe their value, that's one thing, but if they're being recommended as actual "real knives", designed to be used for chopping, and cutting, and splitting, then that's a completely different thing. Looks like there are a few really decent budget knives in here though.

I found on Amazon like 4 or 5 years ago . There are still a couple left last I checked . Go to Amazon. Type in : Sheath Leather 10” . The model number is SH1160 . If you need any help let me know . It’s a really nice sheath for like $15 . High quality. And the best kept secret on Amazon haha 😂 PS - Marbles does make a nylon sheath that you have to buy separately for like $10 . I prefer the leather 🤠
