La vida es lo que haces de ella 🙂 esto es hermoso. Me encuentro recordando los viejos tiempos cuando la vida era divertida, emocionante y muy sencilla. Sin embargo, estoy agradecida por todas las pruebas y tribulaciones porque me convirtieron en la mujer fuerte que soy hoy. I love this type of music. It’s great for just chillin out with a coffee and my thoughts to reflect on life. It's nice to stop and smell the roses sometimes. Life goes by so quick. Take some time to yourself to just reflect and be greatful for the good in your life.🥰🥰🥰

I can relate the palpations, the tension, the tightness in the chest, shaky feeling, the feeling of not being able to take normal breaths. Feels as if your living your last moments. Had my 1st panic attack years ago after that it's never been the same, after that day I seemed to always find myself in a battlefield with my own mind. Was put on meds but immediately took myself off of those things threw them right out. I studied anxiety and what it was, research after research, videos, etc. I've learned alot from it but what has helped me where I am today is lots and lots of prayer and listening to these sounds. I can honestly say cbd oil tinctures have been a blessing in my life and has just about taken my anxiety issue away.. No I'm not 100 percent I still have my days where I feel a little on edge and scare the crap out of myself. I then have to remind myself how many times have you felt this, how many times of you gone through this,how many times have you ran to the hospital and everything always ended up to be fine. I feel for everyone who has to battle severe anxiety just know you aren't alone find ways to take your mind off what your feeling when it does strike. Just know only you can overcome and you will. Take your mind back. Take deep breaths hold it in and let it out. We all are strong and capable of overcoming anxiety. Stay strong you got this! Much love.
