I fell in love with the Budapest subway long time ago. Each line is interesting in its own way and it seems like to take you to different eras. The M1 line was the first in continental Europe, and its trains are more like trams. Line M2 with its charm from the 2000s. Line M3, which is made to the highest standards and is served by Russian trains. Line M4 with driverless trains and futuristic station looks from the mid-2010s. In this video, I invite you to plunge into the very atmosphere of typical everyday life of all lines and all trains of the Budapest Metro.
