Bucs Complete Largest Comeback in Franchise History in Win | Pirates vs. Reds Highlights (9/23/23)
The Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Cincinnati Reds 13-12 at Great American Ball Park on September 23, 2023. The Bucs trailed 9-0 after three innings, but Bryan Reynolds launched a 3-run homer in the 6th to bring the Bucs within 3, and a 3-run, bases-clearing double from Alfonso Rivas tied the game in the 7th. Jack Suwinski put the Bucs in front with an RBI single in the 8th, and Carmen Mlodzinski picked up his first career save in what amounted to the largest comeback ever for the Pirates.

Well, the Pirates had a ten run lead over the Phillies a number of years ago, when the Pirates broadcaster said he would walk to Pittsburgh if the Pirates lost that game. Pirates did lose, and that broadcaster had to make that long walk during the off season …
This is a team on the rise for sure. We just need to improve our starting pitching rotation, then a winning season and playoffs will follow. This is the most exciting Pirates team that I have seen since our last time making the playoffs.

Well, we have Jared jones, Mitch Keller, and Paul scenes who are all decent. Bailey falter is sometimes good.
Well hopefully Bob Nutting doesn't trade away these Pirates and keep this strong up and coming team together and bring Pittsburgh some pennants in the future! Keep it up boys, you are doing great and have great positive vibes every game!!!!

I’m pretty loud and obnoxious when I go the Pittsburgh games. Cept it don’t matter the score. While I’m there I’m loud for any positive plays the pirates, penguins or Steelers make.

Obviously we can't show Elly striking out when all you need is a flyball to tie it because the hype machine is on full blast. Funny how we don't hear so much now that the league figured him out.
What you just watched was called Roger Beshens influenced football slider Karma. The 2018 Pirates know all about it, stuff like this happened to them on a weekly basis. The only way for the Reds to break out of it is get Derek Johnson to admit he teaches my, Roger Beshens football slider, from back in May 2018, or get rid of him.
