Another brilliant job, Trevor. In total contrast to your elegant stately home video but equally beautifully paced. Easy on the eye and non-distractive for the brain to absorb... and the musical accompaniment was just perfect too. Well done, sir!

Aw thank you Ken you are way too kind lol. I felt this one was almost like 2 videos in one but i was experimenting on this one to see what worked and what didn’t. You are right, visually the stones/rocks are very difficult to excite the viewer with but did what I could on the day. You need to be there to experience what the draw is to the area as it’s much more impressive in person. Thank you Ken

@@DocColVideo Thank you so much. Did you notice that it was 2 different cars lol. I filmed part of it with the car but when I got there the weather was windy and people racing pigeons and also hangliders lol. Went back second time so did extra car work and the drone vid itself lol

@@flywithmetrevor If memory serves me, I think there were paragliders there when I last went. Fascinating to watch, but not something I would ever contemplate doing lol.

I was experimenting a little with this one, moving myself to the middle and also because you can drive quite close to the location I thought I would use the car as part of the adventure instead of myself clambering up the opposite side for dramatics lol.

Believe it or not the shots were 2 different cars although the only difference between them was the registration number lol. I went twice due to bad weather and people racing pigeons and gliders when i got there once along with high winds lol.

@@flywithmetrevor But you did it better than me and included some cool tracking of the car with the drone. Maybe my next drone will be a Mini 4 Pro to track me a bit while riding. 😉 I indeed didn't notice that it was two different cars.

@@hdi4eva-castlesbydrone531 That was the first time I tried to track a vehicle so was a bit of a practice really. I did like the shot where I was too fast for the drone so the camera on the drone whilst following raised up and showed the scenery as the car heads off into the distance. I then had to drive back and get the drone LOL

Thank you David, yes I was experimenting a little with this one. Yeah I agree about those rocks as normally it’s what it looks like from an abandoned quarry but from what I know it’s how it actually has always been.

Thank you. Yeah it is windy up there. I did actually go there 3 times to film lol. The first time I did a lot of the ground shots in the car and of the car driving along the road etc. The drone shots were done on the 2nd visit and the 3rd the weather was calm enough to fly. 2nd time I went there were gliders and pigeon racing lol. You might not notice but it was actually shot with 2 different cars albeit the same colour and model lol but I don’t think it’s too noticeable other than the registration plate lol

@@flywithmetrevor I remember last time I flew there I flew down fo that res at the bottom, and on way back was flying into the wind although it’s not that far the drone was struggling in sports mode. And no didn’t notice was 2 diff cars 🤣 have a great day mate

@@Gkofilms Thank you. I do nit pick my footage and can see where I would change and improve things. Plus I used the car as part of the getting there on this one rather than me on foot etc as the car park is so close to the area where I filmed. I could have made it more dramatic by arriving from the lower sections and climbing up. I chose the easy option LMAO
