Here in Texas if you can see any tags, markings etc on an animal it's considered private property. Doesn't matter where the animal is. Like tagged elk that get out of a high fence they are not legal. Even though there's no closed season on them here.

Clearly these aren’t feral hogs but either way. It’s interesting. I’m surprised you weren’t more surprised 😂 I wouldn’t have known what to think had I seen a few hogs in my public patch I hunt 😂

As far as figuring out how to get out with Deer around you there are a few things you can do-The best thing to do is wait until its completely and I mean completely dark where the deer cant see 10 yards in front of them and they will let you walk by them even up to 10 yards in some cases if they cant tell what you are- The other thing is coyote calls using your phone but it doesnt scare some deer away- Also when you successfully walk out pass deer and they are really close and dont spoke away it gives you a big advantage in future days bc they wont associate your smell with danger

Tame hogs yes but by now they have dropped a feral litter of probably 10 and by this time next year that litter will be dropping more. Those 2 hogs turn into 30+ in a couple years. I've seen around 100 hogs in one group in Louisiana and Killed 2 of them with Squirrel shot.
