The video shows the L200 labeling machine in its extended configuration with a wide conveyor designed specifically for large buckets.
In the first stage, the bucket passes over the roller orientator to position the handle.
Next, it moves into the handle lifting system (in this case without a pneumatic cylinder) to ensure precise label alignment with the bucket handles.
In the final stage, the label is applied using a roller labeling unit.
As a result, the label was applied oriented relative to the handle. Handle did not interfere with the labeling process. Label is applied smoothly without wrinkles or bubbles.
