The Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) is a public university in Bucharest, Romania. Founded in 1913 as the Academy of Higher-level Commercial and Industrial Studies, it has become one of the largest economic higher education institutes in both Romania and South-Eastern Europe.
With over 60 years of history, the Faculty of Finance and Banking is the prestigious benchmark for Romanian academic education in finance and banking, producing professionals with in-depth knowledge and understanding in the fields of banking, capital markets, public finance, corporate finance, taxation, and insurance.
Our university offers 16 bachelor's programs (of which 8 are taught in English and 1 is trilingual), 88 master's programs (of which 18 are taught in English, 1 in French, and 1 in German), and 10 doctoral schools.

How to find supervisor for PhD?
Could I use the preparatory year just to know Romanian and continue my studies in English? I am applying for the scholarship, but it seems like once you do a preparatory year, you should continue your studies in Romania. please assist. I prepare English.
