I don't quite understand why you didn't say what the asking prices were for these two properties, I thought the idea was to let people know what kind of property they can expect for what price?

They hardly ever do and it’s annoying as hell. They want you to go to their business website to real you in and are basically using You Tube as free advertising. Just my opinion

Thank you for the heads up so I don’t waste my time watching. They may use that tactic for advertising but it’s a horrible waste of time for them and us , advertise on youtube yes! BUT just say the price therefore we know if it’s even a possibility or not and I’m sure that would alleviate lots of messages to them asking the price

Bucerias is great but the sunsets are way nicer in Saskatchewan from spring through fall.

Hi Bruce, sorry for delay as I didn't see this come in right away. The first property in the video was Casa Dante listed at $275K and the second was casa Cedros at $255k.
