Sir, मुझे buccal mucosa cancer था और मेरी सर्जरी के बाद 35 radiation दिया गया है लेकिन अब भी मुझे दर्द और सूजन महसूस होती है, मुझे क्या करना चाहिए।
Response:
सब से पहले हमारा ये जानना जरूरी है के क्या buccal mucosa cancer surgery के दौरान आप का plastic reconstruction भी हुआ है, अगर हुआ है तो ये जानना जरूरी है के आप का flap healthy है या नहीं।
अगर आप के flap में किसी तरह की समस्या है तो उसे replace करना जरूरी है, लेकिन अगर flap सही है तो आप को सर्जरी के बाद radiation की वजह से भी समस्या हो सकती है जिस के लिए आप को CT scan करवाना चाहिए और वजह पता लगानी चाहिए।
इस के अलावा मुंह की साफ सफाई का खयाल रखना बहुत जरूरी है।
