I thought my then friend and someone I had feelings for was going to show me her home country but instead she ditched me at her brother's house the day after we arrived for 5 days. She left me to go see someone she met online in Barranquilla. Man, I was used and friend zoned hard. Spent 2 weeks in her hometown and I didn't get to experience that tourist experience 😑

Bucaramanga has a huge amount of german settlers as well. Best city in Colombia, opposite of Medellin. Nightlife sucks, city has lowest unemployment rate In the country. Passport bros will not like it, nomads should love it.
