You just need to stop breathing before entering the water... There is no science. Try exercising diving your head under water very slowly and observe what you do before your nose enter the water.

@@watermagic_fun oh yeah it’s really nice especially when it rains! Yesterday I did an inward summersault on 1 meter platform and slammed my heels on the platform. It hurt so bad and now I am afraid of inwards even though I know I can do them great. 😂 thanks for the great diving content!

My pool summer club thing has a dive team and all my friends were doing it so i decided to to now i can do a 1 1/2, inward, frontflip pike backflip and back dive off a one meter i would love to try platform diving one day.

I know it's almost a year later, but it would be pretty cool to see different aquatic centers from around the world. BTW, just found your channel and you've got some create content here! Thanks!

The first one is a splash diving technique that is not very painful at all its one of my favourite.
