An excellent information shared by to get aclear idea on a established tourist spot. Was it only covid-19 to demolish its tourism from '19 to '21? Or another reason what I need to knoe after downwarding the covid-19 from '21 to uptodate. Thank you very much.

I'm not aware of any other factors for this. Covid had a huge impact on Bali tourism.

Wouldn't the 70% occupancy come with an asterisk, anyway? Because during peak season it's going to be higher.

The actual occupancy is unknown beforehand, but I use 70% average occupancy over the year as a benchmark that is realistic for a good property in Bali. I don't want to rely on higher occupancy rates for the investment to be profitable.
